We visited Anza Borrego State Park today - March 14 - to check out the wildflowers.  People are crazy about them here, I guess because it's one of the few signs that the seasons have changed...  It was really hot and the place is pretty desolate, but not in an inviting or solemn way. More like hot and inhospitable, unless you're a wildflower or beetle!  Enjoy the day with us....
