Here we are! All moved in and very happy in our
new home. Dave put together this before and after shot - it's a very
small place, and we had to make some tough decisions about what went in
the house and what has to stay in the garage until our next move.
It's a lot of fun to decorate a new home, and we really enjoyed this
challenge. Although it's small (~550 sq ft!), it's probably the most
expensive home we'll ever live in (market value $500,000!). We also
started a great new tradition this time - having company stay with us
during the move-in process. Pig and Bear were here for a wedding, so
we enjoyed some oohs and aaahs each night as they assessed our progress
:)
Our deck (yeah!) and some grilled pizza from scratch - it doesn't look
too appetizing but it was awesome! That's portabella mushrooms,
ricotta, sundried tomatoes and basil on whole wheat dough.
