Burns on the Beach was a great celebration of the Scottish bard's life.  We made a unique rendition of haggis by stuffing onion skins with white fish

chili prepared by Heather's friend Jen, a gourmet chef!  We called the little stomachs "los haggisitos" in honor of our proximity to Mexico.

Thanks for coming everyone!  It was awesome!  We still have wood in our truck...ready for the next one!
